
The answer to the question is: No! Medical prevention with a sufficient base to struggle against viral diseases and available to pregnant and lactating women, would allow the hope of life to increase considerably in poor countries. The right to adequate prevention and treatment of those illnesses obligate states within the available measures, to put in practice professional programs of accessible public hygiene to all equally and to protect the health of those against all those avoidable dangers such as the propagation of curable contagious diseases and the work conditions dangerous to health.
